Even though there are better returns in the midwest, I believe Charleston will be one of the more expensive real estate markets on the east coast, south of D.C. and north of Palm Beach, which is most of the east coast. 

Tornadoes occasionally but rarely in Birmingham (More common in the West of the state).  

Along with some south loop and west loop Chicago areas.Just wondering if it's ok to try and perhaps find another agent that is more investment focused to help my search or if that's considered stepping on the toes of the first one??
