I don’t have the time to look for these myself, so how I monitor things is based on inquiries that I receive for properties we don’t manage but our name and reputation are attached to these listings that are quite frankly “too good to be true.”

I’ve felt a weight on my shoulders and a sense of worry each week about being in something I don’t have a purpose in (college) and haven’t felt this sense of anxiousness and worry for awhile, but this month made me realize how much pursuing real estate for me really means and have been debating on “quitting” (which I honestly don’t have guilt for) college.

It’s important to note though that having a solid relationship with an insurance agent/broker is key for building a good team so I wouldn’t switch or hop around each year unless the savings was substantial as a good insurance agent is worth his/her weight in gold.
