Alright guys, so I introduced myself a couple of weeks back and have connected with several of you because I am just getting started.

Wells Fargo is stopping I think next week.

I went outside after I called the cops and both times the officers went by, they'd be quiet, so the officers wouldn't hear them being loud.They keep the lights in the front off while they're "hanging out" so that makes it difficult for officers to see what's going on until they get up on the house - by that time, they have quieted down long enough for the officers not to see or hear anything.I got tired of the 30+ calls regarding their noise not making a difference in how much noise they consistently made daily and out of a week - they would average at least 4 nights out of the week to be a complete and utter nuisance.So after being awakened at 2:35am and seeing their usual ploys, I went to stand where they could see me and proceeded to stand there for five minutes before they realized that I was standing there.The old man asked: "are you okay?"

Ideally, you will be able to find recently (last 6 months, or even the last few weeks) sold properties (at least three) that are as identical in features (style, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, condition) in the same neighborhood as your subject property. 

I am hoping in the next week to go out and look at a few properties. 

Nobody wants their house sitting 98% done for 2-3 weeks because you didn’t order your cabinets in time and they couldn’t measure your counter tops until they were in.Now I take all this information and put it in reverse order on a calendar working back from the finish date.

I close on my first SFH next week.

I’m three weeks into the biggest adventure of my life and one I am certain will change my life.

There was sacrifice back home, through rationing and people worked well over 60 hours a week supporting the war effort without complaining.
