A little bit about me. web developer in Boulder have been with my company for 2 years.

I have a small window to purchase some properties but the government web site that normally handles this is down.

Before I make offers I always go to the tax accessory's web site to verify what they have as square footage and market value even though its just a reference number for me. 

You won't ever see our stuff floating around on the web, because I don't allow it.

This web site is giving me some awesome advice but i need to "pull the trigger" some time, I just don't know when!

We still did a lot of the work, but less than half of it.Some of our goals for 2010 include:1 - Execute 5 flips this year2 - Network with similar real estate investors3 - Bring on 1-2 more deal partners4 - Meet more contractors and develop a complete team of go-to players and reduce / eliminate us doing the rehabs5 - Learn the short sale game as the good REOs seem to be drying up.6 - Improve our web presenceThanks for reading and I look forward to meeting like-minded investors.

It appears I have brought the real estate internet to Douglas AZ, consequently my web of web presence has gotten me many listings.

I am sure you can offer some advice to folks needing web advice.John Corey
