Making and offer to off market property owner
3 February 2022 | 10 replies
As to your question I have yet to make any contact, it was a driveby and I like the historical essence of the property, my realtor pointed it out to me so I thought I would make contact with the owner but not sure how to approach the situation. just got his name from the county website, this would be a cold introduction to say hey do you want to sell this particular property to me.

Other simple things include grounding/reversed polarity of outlets (you can buy an outlet tester at Home Depot for $5), using foil-faced tape at furnace & water heater flue pipe connections, operable smoke/CO detectors, cracked/chipping/peeling paint if your applicant has children under the age of 6 (I think?)
