I am in the middle of planning my own exit from W2 employment and I am agonizing over finding qualified and unbiased counsel on planning. 

My long-term plan is to have an arm of my business where I develop (and maybe one day build) my own designs to complement the traditional client-led projects.

If you are going to pay turbo tax rates, you will get turbo tax quality and potentially miss out on planning and strategy which is where the real value of a tax pro comes in IMHO

My plan is to move in to one while I work on other parcels attached, then develop the 2 residential lots for multifamily and/or STRs.This has stumped several lenders who have told me "we don't do commercial, mixed use, etc" I am at the point where I may need to pass because I can't seem to find a lender able to work on it.
