I have been watching and endless amount of videos trying to educate myself on everything I possibly need to know and I am not getting far, if anyone has advice please help..

Already, I have been reading books, finding videos, and participating in forums like this and I have learned more than I ever thought I could!

I’ve been reading real estate materials, going to seminars, and watching the videos from the BiggerPockets podcast.

For the past year or so, I've been educating myself on real estate investing by reading books (many published by BiggerPockets), articles, and watching videos. 

The 500 came from a Brandon video (the host of biggerpockets).

After a few weeks, we found a property and asked Agent A to contact the sell side agent/broker so that Agent A can provide a video tour for myself.

As a millennial, I can tell you this would be an amazing perk for folks who work from home, especially if you add some video teleconferencing units or the ability to share to a bluetooth projector, etc.

Social media marketing, direct mail, website marketing, social videos (FB, YouTube, IG, etc.).  

Compared with the BiggerPockets videos, I noticed that the prices of homes here are a lot more expensive.
