I'm seeing a lot of videos where investors are growing from 1 rental to 100 rentals overtime, but still can't figure out how these investors are mitigating the risk while growing so rapidly?

Have a main stock line - sewage - leaking in my property, need a plumber that can inspect it w snake / video and fix it without breaking walls. 

But am not sure what direction to go.

@Josiah SantillanaThe most direct way to find deals is via the MLS, or Zillow/Redfin/Realtor.com/Trulia etc. if you do not have such access.

Both the Urban Institute and Market Watch reported on recent data put out by the Federal Housing Finance Agency that demonstrates the appreciation of manufactured housing in direct relation to traditional site-built housing.

Also, don't forget you tube as the videos that walk you through some of what you hear are useful as well.
