Ned is right, it varies depending on the broker's commission & fee structure.My KW office, for example, charges $60/month for various admin fees, etc. with an initial 70/30 commission split (until you "cap").

All of these prices vary depending on the quality of each item.Shower/tub $200- $500Cabinets/Vanity $150-$700Tile flooring $100-$300Bathroom fixtures (vanity and shower) $200-$400General plumbing acc. $150Toilet $150-$250Light fixtures (above vanity & main light) $100-$250By using all the low numbers, you get around $1,050 for all the items.

You may have to call a couple dozen banks, but the lenders are out there.Closing time on such a loan is 4-6 weeks, but it can vary quite a bit.A hard money lender may be a way to acquire more quickly, but you will need to refinance into some other loan quickly.
