@Jade Chau I'm fond of Cranston in general, but some parts, particularly near Providence, can get a bit dicey.As far as "safe", nothing is completely safe or completely unsafe.

We have a small 1 bed 1 bath for rent and have had over 3000 ppl view it online and over 100 ppl inquire and only two people submit an application. $550/mo.We are dumbfounded why we can’t get anyone to commit to rent it.

When I analyze properties I always seem to evaluate a lot of good deals, numbers wise. I always wonder if I am doing something wrong. Of course it’s not every property, but its enough to question if it should be harde...

Or is there other options like signing the lease online and us doing the walkthrough then when she signs the lease and the unit is hers then she can sign it as well or is that asking for trouble?
