@Joyce Tavares There is a gas station on the same block that does money orders.

Austin is a unique and very strong market with 100+ people moving to town every day and what seems like a large company relocating every few weeks.

The day AFTER the sale he searched Prothy and found out that in the 1930s, this place was a gas station and the original steel USTs were leaking into the ground water and aquafer and causing alleged medical issues for the surround neighbors who had filed a lawsuit. 

My worry is being able to get a mortgage next year when we move to live in a house at my next station.

I have been updating since I move in and will continue until I change duty stations.

This is a unique situation available due to those concerts.

Hey BP community,I have a unique lending need and not sure how I can accomplish it, if at all. 

I’m active duty and have bought a property at the past two stations I was out and then rented them out once I PCs’Ed.
