6 months into studies could mean several things, wrong class, guru stuff, but if you took an agent's type class and haven't moved yet, knowledge isn't the problem really, sounds like other issues.Real estate is an industry organism, it's alive, every changing, always moving with constant opportunities, with changing laws and regulations.

Guttenberg is generally the most difficult to deal with, although Union City has its own unique set of challenges.

I'm sorry to lay it out this way but, again, sadly, an organization making that much money has the ultimate in disclosure and exemption and other clauses that fully protect them and give them total control.  

I am in a unique position where I have the ability to wholesale at very little cost ($200>;1k mailings).
