There are a couple exceptions to the same such as:- Divorce or family size increment- Military relocation- Job relocation which results in a move that >50 mile radius from current house Make sure you stay in there for a year since moving out before then could trigger a mortgage fraud inquiryP.S: Just wanted to add this last-minute, DO NOT ENGAGE IN MORTGAGE FRAUD.

My best advice would be to closely review your initial disclosure, your rate lock disclosures, and your closing disclosures.

I've been learning a lot through BP podcasts and books and decided to pull the trigger.

I usuallyrecommend that people take the time to visit their top two companies before pulling the trigger, just to really narrow down their decision.

This went on back and forth for about 3 times and then the city put a lock near the meter and main valve.

You do not have to pull the trigger on this one to analyze the numbers and see what your bottom line is.

If I have the opportunity to lock it up as a wholesale or sub-to deal, I will and then pass it on to an investor.

One of two things happens: they forget to do it, so they don't have the LLC protection OR they do quitclaim it over and they have triggered the due on sale clause in their mortgage contract. 

They are almost 1000sf/unit, interior entry doors with locked building, 400sf basement storage each unit, and laundry in basement.
