I grew up in that area and have saw first hand the transformation of that neighborhood and the price range has doubled & in some cases tripled!!!!

As you read below, you will see how I went from the raw data, to a transformation that shows a more clear relationship..Orange Line is job growth/loss in the US.

That attorney said I needed a RE, I have read from some other people on here and some YouTube videos from others that some attorney's just don't understand it or something along those lines..maybe they're not comfortable with it etc...So, I'm ready to start finding my buyers and sellers but I don't know how to find an attorney that I can work with.I don't want anything to come back on me if I make these deals without getting cleared from a lawyer any insight would be great!
