Ever since I came here at the beginning of 2023, it has been a crazy journey learning the market and helping others sell or buy properties.

I am excited to take all that I have learned and done and bring it to my new world of real estate investing!

Ontop of all that I  have gained a lot of knowledge (boatloads more available to learn) and friends some I hope to do lots of deals with as we grow  friendships too. 

Lessons learned?

I learned that it takes time to get permit so maybe we finish renovations first, rent it out, and then get permit?

They are a Purchase & Sale Agreement, Title Report, Power of Attorney, Disclosures, Closing Statement, Payoffs and a business card to a good attorney to get you out of the mess you will create if you try doing this on your own.But use somebody, like us, that actually knows what they are doing to learn this.

This forum is an excellent place to gain valuable knowledge to learn and grow within real estate. 

For the first time, our tenants learned that I'm not a charity.

I'm coming back to the states after three years of working abroad, and am interested in learning more as a real estate investor.
