Hey, BiggerPockets team! I'm coming back to the states after three years of working abroad, and am interested in learning more as a real estate investor. Between my wife and I, we own three properties and have used the BRRRR method. The next step for us is to learn how to pull equity out of existing assets and scale upward. Additionally, I am looking to learn more about LLCs and weighing pros/cons.
