It's not terrible for crime but there are a LOT of people just loitering around on the streets in front of buildings.

I ended buying a deal I could have wholesaled back in April and put it on the market in July after throwing $130k into it - TERRIBLE Timing! 

I got outbid (and I'm assuming by a lot seeing as I was putting down a good amount, all over list) on like 3-4 SFH.... and this was over the holidays when it's usually slow and the weather was terrible.

I currently have TD Bank and the customer service is terrible. 

Also PMI is such a small cost that it is a terrible return on your 15% extra downpayment to try to avoid it. 

Current cap looks terrible on some of mine because their current market value has gone double purchase price.

But it is a terrible book.Let me explain.

I've seen some places in terrible condition, but they stay rented because the rent is cheap and location is good.

I think it is a terrible idea @Chris-Paul Blair!

There are A LOT of bad flips that come on the market where the flipper wants market value, but actually devalued the property with terrible design choices and didn't take into account who the end buyer will be.
