What's your target 1.3 again?

For me that is WAY too high and barely hits my minimum target for net profit, especially for such an extensive rehab.

Pick an area, target market, target property type and go nuts.

As soon as social distancing subsides, it will flair up again.  

The Cincinnati Board of Realtors, if not Ohio, has outlined things like having the agent stay outside, so as to help facilitate social distancing. 

Thank you Chris for letting me know that I was "over the target" with my numbers.

That said, my San Diego rehab is still under construction as my contractors practice social distancing. 

Also, if so how do I sort through the list to get a better understanding of who to target.

Start with a Realtor, They can give you a quick overview of your target market.
