My Cleveland propertie has average rents of $375/month for 6x 2 bed and 2 store fronts, thats cheap ;), but its full.If you travel for a month, so take your best reliable tenant what you have and give him a stimulus, to manage your propertie for this time.

If you can find a way to add a closet without making the room too small, maybe you can increase the number of beds.
