Buying a MH out of state
I'm new to this forum, but it has been very informative. I really love it.
Anyway, this is my situation. I'm very new to any type of MH investing ( or any type of investing or RE for that matter ). I have a job that takes me from Dallas to Richmond Virginia every month for a week at a time. I will continue this travel until further notice from my employer.
My question is: Should I consider purchasing MH here in VA doing "Lonnie Deals"? There is a stretch of road heading to the office that has multiple MH Parks. I drove through a couple of them today at lunch and found a MH For Sale. Is this a big mistake trying to do this in another state?
Any criticism would be welcomed.
