The unit is not surrounded by trees or anything and should be easy to maintain (although don't know if it will be tenant's responsibility or owner's responsibility to maintain them), but nevertheless wanted to see what the collective wisdom is from fellow BP members  - whether to invest in gutters or use the $ for other repairs.Thanks!
