What do you all feel that a good price for a HVAC unit to be.The house had been used as sort of a club for the neighborhood kids until I started rehabbing it and the unit was supposed to be included in the contractors plans, but was not specifically listed.It is a good company, but I failed to notice that it was not specifically included in the quote, even though we discussed it.

NO, it just means they went to school, passed their state & federal test, attemd continuing education, supposed to obide by the "code of ethics" & are monitored by different organizarions.

OK so i lost my job but purchased my home (suppose to be investment but forced to move from a death)with a line of credit from my step dads place because we were going to cashflow off it but i ended up moving there. the problem is the line of credit is at 17 years only about 4% interest (but is adjustable and i feel interest rates will be moving up fast when they do.) so my paymeny with HOA (condo) is $750/mo.
