Looking to set up a team for my first purchase (and then many more purchases) and need advise on a property manager, lawyer, real estate agent or wholesaler.

1) Pick market or pick rehabber.. 2) pick property that rents for at lease 1% and at least 200/ month CF 3) secure team members such as property management 4) rinse wash repeatBest advice ever, do you make t-shirts?

-Just Start: Start building my team, network, ask for advice from other investors, make offers and obtain property, self manage, (basically the school of hard knocks) If you have any other suggestions on a different route to take, I am eager to learn.

Good points all, but you will watch all your analysis on the market and property both fly right out the window if you don't have good boots on the ground to manage it for you, so be sure to do just as much if not more due diligence in selecting your team as you do selecting your market and property.

It gets couples work as a team. :)

We are relatively new to Raleigh in that we've been working in a small bubble with a small team for the last 2 years and are looking to expand our network in a huge way.

Deals can be found, but with a lot of work and a good team in place.

Remember to network learn and build a solid team.

Having experienced and trustworthy Team members is critical.
