Try to find one that works with the specialties that you need now and in the future, I.E. are you and investor, work with highly experienced loan officers that specialize in that type of loan and have all the tools in their belt to provide you.

If you're just going to hang a license and do a transaction or two a year, and you have the training to avoid legal issues, I'd just go  to a 100% firm.
