A shed, a fenced in easement, fence posts spaced too far apart for new hurricane codes, overgrown landscape...etc are easy to fix.

The homes being vacant doesn't help either.Usually 10 occupied spaces(with tenants) anywhere from $50-100k.

My main business has been renting storage space for about $200 per month for years.

Student tenants lack basic knowledge of how to keep and maintain living space and are often on their own for the first time without the guidance of parents so they try foolish and risky behavior which impacts the property.

Specifically I'm creating a space in my office for the purpose of having a co-working space for anyone interested in real estate.

Even when the drain pipes are properly pitched, the traps are always supposed to be filled with water and hence you have a point where the drain lines will naturally freeze if the space is insufficiently heated.

Rents won't quite match stick-built, but I know of a really large company in the space that does this quite successfully.

The other problem is that once we rent out the apartment we will need more parking spaces to accommodate them and their potential guests.
