Dumpster Rental costs in Southern California range from 350.00 to 650.00 for a Lowboy (10 cubic yard) to a 40 cubic yard dumpster. 

I know lots of folks from southern NH and MA travel up to that area frequently for ATV and Snowmobile activities.

My thing is clerk's office has owner listed from the southern States address is in a bank in Geist..

I've been looking and running numbers for multifamily properties in different markets around Southern WI and Northern IL (I live in Chicago).

@Faisal Sami  your in the business of owning and running rentals HUGE difference than the Southern CA investor buying one to 4 rentals ... the mortality rate for those folks is high.. if they choose low end hard to manage properties.. and or choose a poor operator.Ali who is mentioned works with a company called Maverick they choose a very poor operator in Birmingham.. there has been a few threads on people buying through maverick and with this operator who did not even make it a year before the crap hit the fan with rehabs not done rents not paid etc etc.

I miss-spoke when I called it Washington Heights, it's actually at the southern portion of 43rd, off W Martin Dr.

I hated this way of operating. i am lucky to be right in the armpit of the hot southern california real estate market...so I have learned my lesson, and now I leave my place vacant for the extra week or 3 that it takes to get a good tenant.
