I would much rather keep the hardwood but to have over $7k in vacancy every few years to refinish them is something I want to avoid.Does anyone know of quick dry products we might be able to use?

Houses were selling over-asking with "LVP", pre-fab cabinets and drywall islands, lol.When we build a house (even in my dinky little county) the AD shows up as soon as it's dried in.There are also a lot, and I mean a lot, of people who think that filling out the AD's questionnaire about their home's value and that having a high appraised tax value is good for their property's value overall.

These houses can be ready for occupancy in as little as 90 days after the slab goes vertical, and I have the data and machine manufacturer support to substantiate this.Our goal is to build for $150,000, with an additional aim of keeping site work, land costs, underground fees, soil samples, etc., within a $50,000 budget.The plan is to finished homes for $200,000 total.

I pay him a daily rate but there are times during the project where I feel things stall ( waiting paint to dry, framing) Would any recommend outsourcing different  projects for more value and quicker turn around?
