I see hosts all the time advertising their 4 or 5 bedrooms and the comments are almost always 'I don't want to share with that many people, especially if we're all working different shifts.'

I pulled the old shelves, rolled the back and side walls, put in the new shelves and went home.The next day she calls my partner (she really didn't like calling me, he was a comparitive pushover) and said the pantry was still nasty.He said he'd come over that night but postponed it because I was out of town, so we shifted it to the next night.

I think we will see a major shift away from the standard 6% commission we see today, mainly because with all the resources and information available today, people are realizing that selling a house yourself isn't all that complicated.

I have to admit, it's tough on folks finding that fair and equitable value in a society where your phone company gouges customers charging for fees never rendered, or when the thought of profit is really based on how badly you can out think someone, out smart them or take advantage of someone becomes a base line in judging the value one brings to the table.

I think we saw a shift in marketing approach perhaps a year or two ago as property values were being ignored or diminished for the sake of cashflow.
