Let's see if I've got this correct:Law firm employee uses client information, public or private, sifts thru it, and is mostly clueless about foreclosures and yet is encouraged by others on this site to offer homeowners advice due to law firm affiliation.At what point do you suggest Holly get some formal education on the topic of foreclosure beyond just lurking on the BP site?

While always encouraging a contact or saying call me or let me help is a very good business practice in real life, urging people to contact you in the forums is not as acceptable as the forums are for discussion, not suggesting to contact for more information which is a solicitation.
