New in DFW Area

Good early morning all!

I have been lurking around the blog for about two months and finally got around to signing up after reading a few books that were directing me here. I am looking forward to connecting with the community and working toward getting that first deal!

I am interested in buy&hold and fix and flip with the idea to eventually move into notes and lending. It sounds like a lot, but I feel like I have been planning this for years.

What really drove me to this site and learning more about investing is attempting to figure out how much an offer might be from an investor to a family member's house and it brought me back to my experience owning a house which became a long-term flip, but a flip nontheless.

It would be great to connect with investors in the DFW area and those in and around the Eau Claire, WI area which are the areas that I am interested in.
