I was hooked, found the Bigger Pockets Podcast, and thanks to Uber's non-stop sitting in the car environment, I've listened to over 100 episodes of the podcast in just 3 weeks. 

I'd tend to steer people away from the practice rather than coach on how to do it -- there are better business models that are focused on adding value that I'd rather see people embrace.My meetup is really about sitting down and talking nuts and bolts, and, while I am agent, property manager, contractor, etc, I don't host the meeting to sell you anything nor do I charge anything to join, which many other meetups do.

No we have been sitting on it, but reached out to the Agent today for a viewing hopefully this weekend. 

Tim, I think GA REIA is great and I joined them 25 years ago, but it's no longer for me, because I live south of Downtown and I'm simply not willing to sit in traffic for hours.

Most offer a range of 7%-12% ROI which seems decent compared to what my cash is making while sitting at the bank.
