Personally, I don't like anything that pay money that is no connected to an agent doing deals but I can see the appeal.

I've seen some where the screen does not open while others have the classic squeeze-to-open.I ask because if they do not need to open I can build them myself but otherwise we have weird dimensions and will have to pay $$$ for custom...Thanks in advance!

There should be no reason, someone wants to run a hard credit pull to simply talk to the clients.

It could mean talking to folks who lost their job or need to pay medical or car bills.

Anytime Remit states that renting would be cheaper I always feel like saying....well, when you're renting you're paying 1000% in interest!

Or, did failing the inspection cause them to stop paying the rent? 

Making $570/mo profit plus at least another $80 in principle pay down. ($650/mo total) is kicking butt for zero dollars invested.There’s certainly no harm in repeating that 9 more times.
