I talked with the realtor and they stated they had had several full offers but it is hard to finance since there are no titles for the mobile homes.

I've bought several before and never really heard of any hoa's in my areas restricting rentals so I just got lazy and lax and didn't do my due diligence.But now I'm in the bind and I need to know what I can do to mitigate it?

There are also several new hotels either recently completed or about to complete adding a lot of rooms, so only time will tell if Bend really needed that much supply for tourists.
