Will take Trulia's output into consideration, but by that same logic, parts of Dupont, most of U Street and all of Shaw would be considered off-limits, since most parts of these neighborhoods are dark blue on Trulia.Anyone have direct experience with some of the neighborhoods off of Central Avenue, near Central High School?

Pearland is a very looked after area, and the High Schools are awesome. 

I tried talking to the tenats upstairs already and they’re saying that the girl is only there from 4 pm and rest of day and night since she goes to school in morning.

Also, Desoto has better public schools compared to Memphis so that is a draw to many renters.Memphis is great, but check out Horn Lake, Southaven, and Olive Branch in Desoto County as well. 

A lot of people want to buy in the county because the schools are better than the city schools.

If they are freshman you can even ask for high school transcripts.
