Bottom line is you are the only one that can know the complexity of your tax situation, REI gets complex, but since you will be moving often, its very possible you would eventually have to hire a very expensive CPA or several local CPAs just to file all of your state taxes appropriately.

Its nice to have them be the buffer so I don't have to deal with the tenant, however, I am learning that they aren't going to watch the bottom line like I will.
