Of course I don't know your situation, but if I were in your shoes I would probably pay off the loan, roll it to an IRA and consider converting some of it to a Roth IRA depending on the tax bracket.Congratulations on going FT REI!

It’s not gonna end up happening I’ve cried and begged and pleaded with transunion and Experian and equifax to push my disputes through, begged and pleaded with the collectors to delete them from the credit account and  told over and over had I don’t this a month ago!!
