I can see the reward over time, something I couldn’t do at the beginning of my journey. 

High leverage equals high risk and hopefully high reward. 

This is lower input, lower risk, lower reward.

I recognize that greater risk delivers greater rewards; I risked quite alot when I got started in RE; I am enjoying a low risk, low stress lifestyle now.

@Cyle Harris were you able to come out ahead with profit, or is knowledge your reward?

I think if you power through the hard part you’re going through now you will get to an easier point where you will see the rewards.

My risk hasn't changed at all but my reward may be mathematically notably more likely to be less.The key to all this is that since Class A is higher in the return stack than Class B, in general that means that the total pool of available proceeds to be distributed is already depleted by a potentially significant amount before Class B even starts to get their cut.

The additional fees was something that I did not consider, but then again it's a cost to anything rewarding in life.
