The most important factor for investors to consider when it comes to making a profit off of a flip is who is my end buyer, what are they looking for, where are they looking and how long does it typically take to find that right buyer in that market.When reselling you want to go where the demand is because you dont want your listing sitting on the market and having to reduce the price to sell.

Con is that we're seeing more and more competition from local investors or agents who simply buy the properties themselves, slap lipstick on them and then re-sell them to OOS investors at a significant mark up.
