As an agent all my investing deals have to go through m breaker?

As an agent with a Broker I want to know if all of your deal as lease option and wholesale or owner financing deals have to go through ur broker? So how can one do that? For example you find a house $100k for selling finacing and you put it under contract to resell it for 130k how do u do that with your broker?
