A 1300 sqft double wide mobile (doesn't look as such from the photo of it), sitting on 10.5 acres of land... nothing in the whole town even comes close according to the MLS and public records to have such massive amount of land.

It already has tenants, and my plan was to help the owner out of his tough situation by seeing if he would take the amount of his original loan (divided to pay off the remaining balance of the loan) so he doesn't have a foreclosure on his record, and would give plenty of room between that and current valuation.

Either way, I doubt you want to rent somewhere where it's already proven another tenant will file complaints against you as it could hurt your rental history record.

I would definitely get the "As it turns out it was a "friends" credit card and so they filed a fraud claim and the money was then pulled from our accounts." into the court record when asking fir the dismissal of the automatic stay.
