The 15yr plan pays off the loan rapidly by using mostly "today" dollars because the loan gets paid down rapidly, where as the 30yr loan uses more "tomorrow" dollars which have less relative value.

I know a lot of places that require a picture of the dog, have weight limits and specifically exclude certain breeds.I would suggest talking to an attorney.

I also think that if you are actively involved you need to adjust your net profit margin by weighting the value of your time in the projects.
