Tenants have Pitbull dogs

Greetings everyone,

After my tenant moved in in April. I found out that they have a pit bull dog.

The second tenant who moved in in May told me they have different breed like mastiff mix but people tell me its a pit bull dog as well.

I just found out that most insurance company won’t accept that and if the dog bite someone, insurance won’t cover.

Can you please help. I need to obtain landlord insurance in upstate NY multi-family (2 units)
