Whether or not you have enough income and reserves to qualify for that many mortgages is between you and your lender.  

Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I found out that I was qualified to take a broker test so I did and got a license.  

The MassHousing loan is much better than FHA  if you qualify and can afford it.  

@Jason Rowlett, You'll use one "agent" or qualified intermediary who will handle the 1031 exchange portion of your closings on both the sale and purchase.  

If the worker has his license and is openly soliciting work, he's too ambitious and qualified for his boss to keep him as an employee for long anyway.  

I am already pre-qualified for a conventional loan, but will work on getting a 203k loan if the property needs repairs.
