I"m getting my self together to financially, mentally and ready to commit to finding my first deal and i know i'm in the right place to prepare for the challenge! 

So i am trying to find a way to capitalize on these leads so I can get more properties and promote my website.

I think it's  a distinctive mental change when you stop thinking of your tenants as people, and then just as profits or lower human beings.

They promote 90% sometimes. 

Those that promote this method will tell you that you need to mail multiple times ( say X) to get results, but that lowers the return to ( 2% / X) while the expenses rise by X.
