It's either 7 units or 4 units, the appraiser is not going to just churn up some particular number of units from thin air.1 unit = 1 apartment = 1 front door = ie A1, or B3, or 2, or C, etc...

Hi Ron,Maybe it's a clogged air vent pipe on the roof.Maybe the chrome disk stoppers in the bottom of vanity sinks are screwed too low ( renter can try screwing them higher with fingers)Maybe the inside pipe stopper on the bath tub (and/or the vanity sink) (that little lever to close the drain), is too low when open, in the hidden part behind the tub (secretly blocking the water flow)--a plumber can fix that.Good Luck!
