Also any tips on how a 15 year old can practice investing and such?

This site and the podcast have been a great tool for me over the past months.I currently live in Houston, Texas and practice law (part time).

I ask because I don't know if there are any practices common or unique to the multi-family industry that I'm not aware of.Should depreciation expense be recorded monthly, or should it be recorded as an EOY adjustment?

I also believe that most of the Inspector National groups frown on the practice. 

Like talking on the phone with agents, contractors etc..My best advice is to practice humility, and focus on doing something simple but effective consistently.

The areas of law that I want to practice are commercial real estate, contracts, and immigration.
