Neighborhoodscout Ohio cities for this century:- cleveland: 1/10- Cincinnati: 3/10- Toledo: 1/10- Columbus: 5/10 (one hits average)I chose Ohio cities because of the mass Ohio posts from Ohio agents, turnkey providers, etc.  

Celina and Prosper, a bit further north, have seen a lot of growth, offering a country vibe but still close to Dallas for work.

I'm not totally clear on your post but..If you're buying a 1-4 unit primary you can (and probably should) use the FHA.

Hi all,There is a growing probability that I will be relocating to Santa Fe in the next year or two and am creating this post to help me get the lay of the land down there.First off, I currently live in Colorado but have been to Santa Fe and absolutely love it.

We are choosing new build because A) our family 4 has a certain size demand B)  the price-quality ratio doesn't seem to make sense when considering a preexisting home C) with interest rates being at near 8% with preexisting homes, builders are offering 5.99% interest rates and the exact home we are looking at is about $75K discounted because it's a spec home and the builder doesn't want to pay taxes on it.So, live in it for 5-6 years hopefully rent it out with a fully finished basement for potentially $4,200 in 5-6 years.

A great agent will also invest in home, pest, and roof inspections to remove doubt in a buyer's mind prior to making an offer.
