Others you haven't mentioned are self storage and mobile home parks, you may want to consider those assets.Retail is not considered an attractive asset class in general these days, which can create opportunities for those willing to hunt. 50% occupancy may represent upside, but it might also be a sign of lack of demand for retail space in the area.
