Am I the only one who continues to be upset that purchase price of the business doesn’t reflect that the business isn’t viable at that price?

Hi Chris.You're not alone- I'm seeing quite a few posts reflecting concern about cash flow, now that we are not in the crazy climb market we were experiencing up to 6 months ago. 

Some of the mixed opinions around wholesaling may be a reflection of differences in states' laws. 

Im a firm believer that everything that you experience is a reflection of who you are.

If his tax returns reflected reality, which is a single sole proprietorship that SHOULD be perfectly fine on Schedule C (or at most a single S Corp), it would have been a 20 minute preapproval. 

Account Closed I had a lot of cash or liquid equities on hand - the rapid fire purchases were a reflection of a solid team (realtor, lender, inspector, etc.) and also a reflection of my eagerness to achieve my goals. 

That said, it is a reflection of the community, not BP. 

Either would put this in a tail spin and reflect badly on you.

It will only set me back about 6 months of savings and I will still have more than enough to purchase another place if I see one, I just won't have as much money to play with if I need to rehab it which will of course reflects on which houses I would consider good investments.
