Assignment contracts are pretty simple, it can be as simple as a single sentance: I Carlos assign all my rights and responsibilities for the purchase contract of the property located at (address) to (assignee’s name) in exchange for (assignment fee).  

So then I called my case worker again and she had been reassigned (maybe because she can’t fill out a simple contract perhaps...).

I am an investor from Virginia, I picked up a property from trustee auction last week (prince William’s county).

You could easily pick up a property or two with it...just not in Orange County.

Would a simple JVA would suffice at this early point or SEC regulations would make this more complicated, and expensive?
